Privacy Policy

The data controller is Andriy Ivanov, an independent researcher in Ukraine. The form collects your name, email address, optional organisation, area of interest and message to review the inquiry and respond. Contact the controller at 1westwestwest@gmail.com or through this site’s inquiry form.

Inquiries are stored in a non-public database. The retention threshold for form inquiries is 90 days from submission. A daily Sites task opens the policy page, waits for cleanup and checks its status. Site visits also trigger fallback cleanup. With a healthy daily schedule, deletion occurs within the following 24 hours after the 90-day threshold; a failed run can delay deletion, so 90 days is not a guaranteed maximum. Failed cleanup and an absence of success for more than 30 hours are flagged by the status check; the daily task reports detected problems to the owner. This form does not publish inquiries, enrol you in a mailing list or perform advertising profiling.

The publishing platform is OpenAI Sites; server requests and the database run on Cloudflare Workers and D1. Repeated submissions are limited using HMAC-SHA-256 of email and IP addresses with a server secret: up to 3 new inquiries per email and 12 per IP within 24 hours. The application database does not store raw IP addresses. HMAC is pseudonymisation, not anonymisation; contact email is stored separately to enable replies. Do not submit secret data or operational information.

If you choose to save a draft, its subject and description stay in this browser and remain available to restore for 7 days. An expired draft is removed the next time the form is opened. It does not include your name, email or consent. You can delete it; a matching saved draft is removed after confirmed submission.

You can also download a working copy containing the current fields, contact details, helper fields and notes. The file is created on your device and is not sent to the server.

Delete your inquiries below after signing in with ChatGPT using the same email address as the inquiry. The server uses the address from the platform-authenticated session; entering another person’s email in a form does not authorise deletion. An explicit confirmation is required. To request correction, submit a new inquiry quoting the earlier reference; an email address alone does not authorise changes to someone else’s record. The site has no owner-added advertising trackers or behavioural analytics services. Cloudflare sets the technical __cf_bm cookie to protect against automated abuse; its documentation specifies expiry after 30 minutes of inactivity. Signing in with ChatGPT to delete inquiries uses platform session mechanisms; reading the site does not require sign-in. The assurance-inquiry-draft-v1 draft is stored in localStorage only after you select Save draft and is available for 7 days. A legacy assurance-motion preference, if still present in your browser, only limits animation; this version does not create it. You can remove these data in your browser settings. Blocking technical cookies may disrupt protection or sign-in.

The site creates no separate backups of inquiries and does not export them to R2. Cloudflare D1 Time Travel can retain earlier database states for up to 30 days (7 days on Free); the managed Sites hosting plan has not been confirmed. A deleted record may remain within the provider’s recovery window. Following a database restore, expired inquiries must be removed before submissions resume. The application cleanup log contains only a random run ID, timestamps and outcome, without message text, email or IP; entries older than 7 days are removed during the next cleanup. Application code does not log form content. Retention for separate access and security logs and any additional OpenAI Sites backups is not exposed to the controller in this interface and has not yet been confirmed by the provider; the 90-day and 7-day periods do not apply to them.
