LOCAL EVIDENCE GOVERNANCE
LIDIYA
Local evidence governance
A self-contained deterministic system for handling evidence and its acceptance rules.

01 / THE ENGINEERING QUESTION
On what basis does a local system accept a conclusion?
When locality, determinism and accountable assessment matter.
A conclusion loses value when its basis cannot be reconstructed or its acceptance rules understood. This is particularly important where data and critical logic must remain under local control.
LIDIYA concerns a self-contained local application with a deterministic core: evidence handling, explicit admissibility rules and the connection between conclusions and their basis.
02 / SCOPE OF WORK
What needs to be defined
- Materials with identified provenance and context
- Explicit admissibility rules and necessary conditions
- A question requiring a reasoned conclusion
What needs to be understood
- Have all necessary evidence acceptance conditions been met?
- Do incomplete or contradictory materials remain visible?
- Can the basis of a specific conclusion be reconstructed?
03 / ILLUSTRATIVE EXAMPLE
Checking a technical dossier for completeness
A decision requires several specified documents and results. The review examines how to expose a missing or contradictory basis instead of concealing it within a generally positive assessment.
This example explains the research subject; it is not a report of a completed engagement.
04 / TECHNICAL ASSESSMENT
Materials for a substantive review
An agreed assessment of a particular candidate should identify, prepare and examine the following materials.
Only a bounded summary of the local BOARD-EX-001 check is public; programme materials are reviewed within an agreed scope. This does not qualify a release. No separate packages for the other five programmes are published here. DA-EX-001 concerns only the inquiry form on this site.
