FORMAL RESEARCH
NEMESISJAM
Formal foundations
An authored research programme on authority, evidence and the boundaries of autonomous action.

01 / THE ENGINEERING QUESTION
What is being established, and under which assumptions?
When formal statements and independent review are needed.
A strong technical claim can hide an unstated assumption, inconsistent terminology or an overextended conclusion. Formal work begins with a precise account of the property, model and boundaries under discussion.
NEMESISJAM concerns authored research into the formal foundations of authority, evidence and autonomous action, structured for critical technical dialogue.
02 / SCOPE OF WORK
What needs to be defined
- A precisely formulated question or property
- A model, definitions and stated assumptions
- An argument and supporting review materials
What needs to be understood
- Are all assumptions explicit?
- Do terms retain consistent meanings throughout the argument?
- Does the conclusion stay within the model and proof boundaries?
03 / ILLUSTRATIVE EXAMPLE
Formulating a controlled-execution property
A claim states that an action requires appropriate authority. The review examines the exact meaning of “action” and “authority”, the assumptions under which the claim holds and the evidence supporting it.
This example explains the research subject; it is not a report of a completed engagement.
04 / TECHNICAL ASSESSMENT
Materials for a substantive review
An agreed assessment of a particular candidate should identify, prepare and examine the following materials.
Only a bounded summary of the local BOARD-EX-001 check is public; programme materials are reviewed within an agreed scope. This does not qualify a release. No separate packages for the other five programmes are published here. DA-EX-001 concerns only the inquiry form on this site.
- Refined statements of properties and assumptions
- A list of obligations requiring proof
- Observations and questions for an independent reviewer
